I have never smoked Lamb, only grilled it a couple of times. Are the Legs good for long low-n-slow smokes, or better off cooking them like ALX did here?sigpicComment

you can do either way.
lamd has plenty of fat so like apork shoulder is very well suited to a long slow cook.Made In England - Fine Tuned By The USA
