Another Leg of Lamb with Brussel Sprout Caserole

I love lamb and you sir sure did that one right. I have one of those knives that we picked up when we were in Alaska and I have never used it. It just sits on our counter as a decoration. I should give it a try some time.

the sort of see-saw motion really does herbs perfect...I use a lot of my dehydrated peppers in rice etc.(i add to oil in beggining to hydrate) and it shreds/chunks perfect...I was always amazed how the eskimos can do fish/meat with em....
