Freezer is stuffed full of Uncle Honky's lamb, oh hell yeah!
Decided to do a leg yesterday at my brothers house on his rotisserie.
I made a paste of garlic, sea salt and rosemary -
scored the leg a wee bit, rubbed the paste on, then some EVOO, minced garlic, rosemary, black sea salt and white pepper.
On to the spit (cabana boy photo ugh)

rested oh la la it was just perfect!
This is my favorite sous chef Killian helping my SIL with the taters -
And for Pete's sake I did not get one fricken plated photo what a dork!
but it was as usual the best lamb ever!
