That LOL puts the one I did recently to shame...some lamb sure ate their veggies, and is about to get eaten with some veggies.

Glad you are getting some tasty use out of the wood man, nothing better than helping a buddy smoke some good smoke

Good on ya, ALX - love that leg - bone in, Caveman style!

Very cool forge... is that all it looks like - coal with a blower in the bottom? Hmmm....

Lastly - awesome yard as usual... gonna have to share this post with the Mrs's - your flower gardens are right up her alley.

I'm a purest and therefore have not injected my piss poor lettuce and Bassman's piss poor beet with steriods like you have appeared to have done with yours...

for your lettuce just kicking the crap outta mine...

                          Forgot to finish post...

Leg took 1 hour 45 minutes to get too 130 degree(15 minutes per pound)...I like em rare.....Let it rest an hour while doing unexpectes errands....The spots in fat are the rosemary and garlic under fat-cap...

Anybody else ever turned on oven with empty cutting board in it...Boards a little discolored...Did that like 2 years ago...

Some of the rosemary and garlic under thee fat

Made that salad and hit it with blue-cheese dressing

Jazzed up some rice(sorry CA) with fresh scallions,mushrooms,peppers..

Nice thing i will get a few dinners and lunches out of leg.Possibly a stew...Had a nice light smoke flavor.

That's what I'm talking about! What an Awesome Dinner. Only had Lamb a couple of times but never prepared it. Just outta curiosity, what's a good use of leftovers, if there are any?

                              and a dance.....
