    Hi. I'm Lou from Brick NJ. Been smoking briskets and ribs for a few years now and realized that I enjoy it more and more every time. I'm going to expand my horizons and learn more about the process; get some new recipes and get advice from folks who like to smoke and grill as much as I do. Currently using an Oklahoma Joe's smoker and a Weber Genesis gas grill.

          Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
          My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
