        those boiled gray ribs look nasty.

        boiling and using a crock pot? she sure was determined to fu*k those ribs up.

          That's nasty. And some people think that's good BBQ. Some of those people's comment made me gag. This my favorite.

          "Boiling is important. In chicken and pork there are bad fats and good fats. To cut down on the bad fats, you should boil or microwave poultry and pork for 15 minutes before grilling or broiling."

                  Well, Allrecipes is kind of a cooking site for those who can and for many who don't know how to cook.
                  Don't get me wrong, I have used them many times and a lot of recipes are great but they also have so many bad ones and bad methods.

                    many, many years ago we would go to my aunts house for special occasions. one of her favorite winter meals to serve was... pork ribs boiled with sauerkraut and potatoes. i gotta say it is on my list of things to do. will ya'll forgive me

                      My Mom used to serve boiled pork with sauerkraut and potatoes. I thought it was a German thing. I liked it back when she made.

                      She didn't use ribs though. Not sure what cut she used.
