Afraid so Moss, got hungry one day for something different and had a couple hours free. Next thing you know the ECB was going and those darn breasts were wrapped in bacon sitting inside there. Dang, their good that way.

Great Job Ector!!! Funny start too!!

                      I Loved it!!!

I'm not sure I want to see what you're gonna do with a Duck!!

If you're looking for a critique, I would have to say the music is too loud. Sometimes I couldn't hear you, because of that.

                      Everything else was excellent!!!

Nicely done Ecto Got a buddy that has been taping hunts for two seasons but, hasn't sold one yet. Tough biz, from what I hear . Good luck and stay with it, looks like the artistic creativity is definitely in place.

                            great video
                            Loved the improvised grill

In fact right down to the last minute when we discovered you'd NOT GOT ANY SAUCE !
Shame on you - missed a great opportunity to plug someone's sauce there.
A nice sweet sauce would have finished those wraps off a treat.
And what happened to the middle of the onions ?

                            Learnt something new though :-)
Always thought 'fajita' was the name for the actual wraps. Had no idea it was a cut of meat

Another use for dove/pigeon breast is as a veal substitute in bratwurst. Also works as beef substitute in stews.
