    Super, I have that same recipe and it's a winner as well. This is just a great fish.

      lol I see they're a bit like monkfish - ugly as sin :-)
      And yeah you can see from the whole head size and shape that they're a deep water fish.

        That's looking real good....Been quite a while since I've enjoyed any orange roughy...I love it marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and cracked pepper...Then grilled until it just starts to get flakey....I then serve topped with a greuyere cheese sauce, seasoned ever so slightly(to taste) with anchovie fillets smashed into a paste, and mixed into the sauce...
