    It is a blue marlin and he said the meat is similar to tuna. I'm not sure how it was cleaned- not sure if the head was cut and hung to bleed. All I know he has a crap load and no idea what to do with it.

      if it's anything like swordfish - then just treat it like a good steak.

      I like it as kebabs.

      Cut into 1 inch cubes.
      Just a quick marinade of olive oil and balsamic vinegar 50:50 for 20 minutes or so, stick on skewers with a 30-40 count raw shrimp.
      Grill on very high heat - when the shrimps cooked - so is the fish.
      It's an easy to to make sure you don't overcook fish kebabs.
