Sounds good Fish. Curious as to how the Ale will change the flavor. I just did 5lbs of MH ground beef jerky using Rich's reccomendation of using 50/50 red wine & water. Came out really good but a little mild flavor. Keep us posted.Mike

I remember the first time I had it was in a pub in poulsbo and I tried to find it everywhere after that but couldn’t. Now I can get it at the local fred Meyer. Reminds me I need to get some for Christmas Day.Mike
