3 Weeks without Pork

Just need to vent to my smoked meat brotherhood. I am currently 3 weeks in on a 4 week work rotation in the Middle East. They do not serve pork products here and I am going crazy. I have already planned my menus for when I get home. Ribs, Boston butt, pork chops and a whole bunch of bacon. Hell I may wrap everything in bacon. I need the smell of smoke in my hair. Can you get any kind of Pork Products there, even canned ?

If I were there and in this situation, I'd get a can of Spam (somehow)
and take it out of the can and apply a rub and smoke it in some small makeshift fire box using charcoal if I could get any of that. Spam, Treat,
and other canned luncheon meats are basically Pork Shoulder.

A Hibachi with a foil tray for a lid to trap the smoke around the meat.

I feel for you bro. Desperate times desperate measures.

Well it's not that easy to get anything over here I am on a drilling rig on a island. I am thinking about bringing some liquid smoke to snort when I come back for my next hitch. I will make up for lost t I've as soon as I get home and yes Richtee it is almost criminal.
