Friday night lobster boil
Thought I might post my first feed of our local Bay of Fundy lobster which is now in season here for about the last 3 weeks .
I bought 20 lb from my best friends dad (a local fisherman ) , just off the boat about 1 hr when these pics were taken can't get much fresher than that
here's some pics of the cook ( takes about 15 min after water boils after adding the lobster ) , the fruit of my labour for many lobster sammies to come
thanks for checking out my cook

Oh so good.
I am so jealous that you can buy them fresh off the boat, so cool.
A few weeks ago I smoked a few tails (previously frozen) It was so good the wife said it is the only way to go and only took about 45 min or so.
Can't wait to see the Sammie's.
