Wisky fish thanks for this I did it last night with hot cheese and pepperoni. They were a big hit. I also did a couple of fatties with them will post all of that later.

well these were a bust for me this time. i tried freezing them which was a bust cause the egg roll wraps burned to a crisp while the cheese was barely thawed.
i'm gonna try again though sometime minus the freezing.

I tried these recently, please note... do not use spring roll wrappers.
I will retry them when I can find proper egg roll wrappers.

You know i used spring roll wrappers when i made egg rolls last time and they fell apart and exploded in the deep fryer, i thought they were same thing as they use for egg rolls, guess not?
