Default first time smoke of some cheese with amazen smoker

Got me some cheese on sale to try out the new amazen smoker.... got me some Gouda, pepper jack and chedder..I will be using the perfect blend pellets from amazen, also I figured iI would use my 40" masterbuilt for this adventure

getting the smoker going.... man this thing can smoke !!!!

Put the cheese in for 1.5 hours for white and 2 hours for chedder

Sealed and ready for the fridge

Granted it's probably somewhat warmer where you live but I use the same MES and the same smoker with no heat issues Course I'm smokin dust and not pellets
