Tonight the hog will be portchcocked™ much like spatchcock, but with whole hog. Gonna give it a EVO & "Kiss My 2011 Ass" rub down. Over olive wood, with a preburn pit at 11:00 pm tonight. \_/\_/ we fixin' to be the Two Fisted Irish Fockers!! Tonight. So lets all raise our glasses in a toast to the New Year!
