We have a 90 lb. hog in apple cider brine, as of yesterday at noon. Kelly is workin' that rub magic of hers! Just put together "Kiss My 2011 Ass Rub"
Tonight the hog will be portchcocked™ much like spatchcock, but with whole hog. Gonna give it a EVO & "Kiss My 2011 Ass" rub down. Over olive wood, with a preburn pit at 11:00 pm tonight. \_/\_/ we fixin' to be the Two Fisted Irish Fockers!! Tonight. So lets all raise our glasses in a toast to the New Year!
