  • Pork Chops, Stuffed

Sweetie picked up some nice size pork chops to be stuffed.

Made a pocket in the chops while she mixed up a fruit stuffing.

One stuffed and one to go.

Those look great!! You will love the pork brine that Rich has. I has great flavor but not overpowering to the taste of the meat!! I loved it on my smoked chops cordon blue style!

Savannah--You will not be disappointed with the brine Rich sends you, matter of fact, you will never do pork chops without it--We run a business and when anyone hear's such a review from me then you can "take it to the bank"--(:-)--

I agree--Ain't many "mom & pops" left these days, but here in the South, well, like they say, a country boy can survive--
