Just a gorgeous weekend here in Jersey and the weather is looking up, calling for 70's all next week. In between cutting the grass for the first time, taking the tarps off everything, and raking up all the stuff that Winter left behind, I still had some time to smoke a few things. A friend from work asked me to do a ham, I needed to do some cheese before it gets too warm, threw in a MH brined turkey breast for some turkey bacon, and had to throw in some of Hoser's nuts. The weekend flew by but got a ton of things accomplished.
