Default Got some drums marinating MH style

I'm thinking about rubbing them down with MH, and putting them on the grill tomorrow night. Not smoking them, got class at 7, so I can't spend the quality time with the smoker.

Any suggestions or does that sound aboot perfect?

They are marinating now? That may be a bit long for a marinade on drums..... Rich?

I would think the 4-6 hour range for drums, butt we'll wait for some other input

Yeah, the MH will make you a Rockstar on grilled chicken

Usually best to thaw them first before putting in a brine or marinade so they will take on the flavors a lot easier but glad they turned out good, little extra crispy or not

No pics though

no pics, no clue as to what the marinade was - was this a creative writing class by any chance ?

But the hands down best way to use MH on chicken (hell pork too) rub over with ketchup and then liberally cover with mh. Do not skimp.
Just the best combination

Even better if you remove the drummstick bone first :-)
