Beat,Mint,Feta and Walnut salad with Balsamic and Wholegrain mustard dressing
Making the above tonight to have with some lamb loin chops, I'm a bit disappointed tho because the weathers absolutely shithouse so ill have to cook them inside.
i boiled the beats with bay, a clove, garlic and a splash of cider vinegar then peeled them and marinated them in balsamic vinegar, honey, cracked pepper and whole grain mustard, ill put some pics up later
