Keith's pepper mix
This is kinda simple and not very exciting, but since I made some once, I find myself using it over and over.
3 Tbs black peppercorns (I like tellicherry)
1 Tbs white peppercorns
1 Tbs crushed red pepper flakes
Combine in your coffee or spice grinder and grind to desired consistency.
It is great for rubs. I don't know what it is about grinding up crushed red pepper flakes but it really tastes good.

Keith... try a 33/33/33 vinegar, vodka, & water infusion with that. The last 1 percent is up to you. Heh. Great addition to the bourbon mop!
