Before you think I've lost my marbles. It's not my fault. There's a place called Grundhofer's Old Fashioned Meats within walking distance from my son's place. We heard about these and bought some last summer. They boast like 40 different brats. You can read about it here. Check out their other flavors too. Be sure to watch the video, it's funny how it came about.

So what's a sausage making guy to do? Last Saturday I made some. I used 10 lbs. of this brat mixture.

Could only find these little bags at the time. Added three 7.5 ounce bags to the mixture. Sorry, no pic of it mixed. Forgot that one. They don't like to stay mixed in after it sits for a bit. When I reloaded the stuffer the second time, I had to kind of throw them in as I went.
Sounds crazy, but the sweet and tart works with it. I have no condiment suggestions for these. Lol. Just eat them plain. And don't eat them right off the grill. The gummy bears melt. You can see in the pic they leaked all over the plate.
Not for everyone, but hope you give them a try.
