we made em up yesterday for the BIG GAME..........and we used JD's maple sausage, along with ground beef, but we made the mixture up, like you would for my mini meatloaves............now THATS a weener........give it a shot, and see if you dont agree.......

Yes, indeed. The tasty delicacy that is the "bacon-wrapped-smoked-sauced-rubbed-meatball" lends itself to far too many tasty variations to be limited to just beef meatballs. While technically not a MOINK ball, (according to the rules at the Brethren) WD's JD Maple Sausage/ground beef version sounds EXCELLENT!!
Perhaps we should assign them new names and open up the category to ALL forms of meatballs.
Or just say the heck with the names and just smoke 'em and eat 'em.
The names are kind of fun though.. I like Squeef burgers for the ground pork/ground beef burgers. That name is cool!
