I'm going to be throwing some pork spare ribs on and I always smoke at 225. However, I was wondering if there is a different temperature that I can smoke at where it's still "low and slow" but maybe shave some time off the overall smoke while still maintaining more or less the same quality.
Is this possible? I'm sure folks smoke at different Temps but I wanted to ask before I killed a rack of ribs :(
