    So I picked this up a while back...I had some smoked roast beast in mind....


    Trimmed that baby up...



    Cut it in half and Rubbed it up...



    Smoked it in the Mini Maiden with some Cherry and Pear wood...

    Sliced for some lunchtime roast beast action. This was just excellent and I'll do this again for sure.
