EOR for Roast Beast

[BBQ Engineer]

Mrs. Engineer had something to do last night, so since it was hotter than blue blazes outside, I figured that I wouldn't have to build much of a fire to smoke up some roast beast. Love me some Eye of Round Prime Rib Rub Roast Beast!!

Only one pic, but it tells the story. As it was cooling last night, I couldn't stay out of it. I kept walking over and shaving off another slice. MMMMMMmmmmm.

I was at a meeting this morning and said we need to get approval from the EOR.

Needless to say I had all these construction types and vendors who should know what I was saying, give me the deer in the headlights look.

I said, you know the Engineer of Record. dramatic pause. Then a voice at the end of the table responded, Oh, yes, yes we should....
