The first one had threaded tines...that would suck to clean up.

Pretty neat but I've never pulled a pork yet that I didn;t have to remove 2lbs of fat out of that would be horrable all mixed in.YUCK

I do agree that some of the internal fat I would like to remove while pulling but then again I don't do more than 2-3 at the most at a time so no need to do anything but by hand long as I got an extra set of hands.

Gotta admit that's pretty cool. That looked like a pretty small butt, wold almost have to use the UDS for a decent sized butt, otherwise it would be everywhere

Only problem I see is you are not able to separate out the fat/other strange stuff as you can when hand pulling.
