Spares in the MES with drool-view
Made some spares cut St. Louis style. Sometimes I just don't feel like firing up the WSM.
About an hour into the smoke.
3 hours into smoke. smellin' good!
About 5 hours in put some of my cherry chipotle sauce on them and foiled the trimmed off section. Put some sauce in with it.
Resting for a few minutes. They sure were tasty!
