  • Smoked eggs...it's whats for Breakfast

    Smoked Canadian bacon and eggs. Smoked some Canadian bacon for 10 min. over alder on the ecb, top rack. At 250* Took the bacon off and put in the bottom of a muffin pan, greased with bacon grease.

    Cracked an egg over each slice of Canadian bacon. With a dash of salt and pepper and a splash of hot sauce. Then back in to the smoker ,top rack , for 30 min. over alder.

    Removed from the muffin tin and on to the buttered English muffin.......ooooh buddy!

            Nice lookin stuff there.
            Of course the American Heart Association recommends Hollandaise Sauce on top.
