Newbie from over the pond
Hi all.
New to smokin but not to BBQ, open fire and pit oven cooking.
Look forward to getting involved and learning loads...

I'll bet you'll have access to some seafood to smoke, and a wide variety of cheese too. Don't know what meat is common there.
