When I cold smoke (which is rare), I just slip one or 2 of them in my water pan, between the heat source (Amazing) and the cheese or whatever I'm cold smoking.

Wife finally made it home last night hadn't seen her since Thursday. Let her try the cheese then fixed smoked cheddar bacon BLT. SHE LOved it
