I just toss some noodles and a little sauce together and fry in a bit of olive oil until some of the noodles are kind of crispy and the some of the sauce caramelizes.
Usually we don't can enough spaghetti sauce and end up buying it in the summer. We like Hunts too, and if you simmer it all day with some type of sausage, it is absolutely mouth watering.
.
or just take some cooked long noodles and fry in butter in a pan til they start browning a pit, add some shrimps and some cbp and a little salt to taste... quick and easy cheater meal that works with leftover italian spaghetti noodles.

Looks great Becky! We use buns all the time for garlic bread. I'd rather have a sandwich on a bun than a burger on bread(cept fer a patty melt on pump).
We stopped wasting a lot of bread by drying it out and throwing in the blender and making our own bread crumbs.

Musta missed this while in the hospital...
Looks like this will be on the menu soon. Sounds easy and delicious.
My wife makes a baked spagetti casserole that we love but it feeds an army and cost a bundle...this will be an interesting twist.
Thanks.

We made this last night as well. We did not get to the smoked sausage part of it though. This recipe is absolutely exceptional! We will be adding this to our dinner arsenal. Thank you Becky for sharing this fantastic recipe with us!!

I did this in the Dutch Oven not long ago at my Mom and Dad's. I used 7 coals on the bottom and 13 on the lid and let it bake 45 minutes before adding cheese. I put a little foil in to separate the spaghetti...on the left had no mushrooms and on the right mushrooms to keep everyone happy.

Thanks again, All! It's also good with chicken. Here I browned some thighs in a CI skillet, drained the juices, put the spaghetti in and topped it with the chicken. In a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, topped with cheese and then under the broiler until the cheese is all melted and gooey.
