      Take the cellulose wrapper off the bag, place in microwave for 2 minutes, "THIS SIDE DOWN", remove, place in bowl, season as needed, eat.....

      Once you go Weber....you never call customer service....

                    lol - why do they need microwaving ?

                    they come in bags over here - loads of different brands of crispy prok rinds. never seena microwaveable one though.
