  • Chuckies on the Drum wit the IQE 110

    Did two 5#Chuckies on the Drum with Oak and Cherry.I used the IQUE 110 love that thingPanned at 165 with Worcy,Low Sodium Beef Broth and a couple shakes of Slap ya Momma Pepper sauce.Hit a stall at 157 for 2 1/2hrsTook to 205 and pulled.Thanks for looking.

              Missed this? Great looking Chuckies Ray.... You controler guys are killing the forum... Lol... I prefer temp spikes, stress and question after question over set it and forget it anyday... (I REALLY WANT ONE).... Sent from empty green bean can through 20' string to other empty grean bean can...                       If theres one thing I got out of cooking its....No 2 pits are the same....sometimes even if they are the same.....Theres definately something to be said in watching your meat, coals.....and just cooking low and slow.

                      I definately appreciate technology tho....sometimes it answers those Late nite questions....the morning after
