So the Mrs.' has been asking for steak Fajitas so tonight is the night.
Got the steak marinating about 10 am this morning. Here is the marinate!
I take a 1 gal bag and it's literally a good splash of each: worchy, evoo, modelo especial( beer ..too bad I had to drink the rest....), and juice from 1 lime. Following I add a healthy amount Pap & Elmer's Fajita Ultimo like 1/4 cup or so. Then I add about a tbs of coarse black pepper tablespoon of jalapeno salt, tablespoon of Tatoka Dust, shake all up, let sit in the fridge for a few hrs to allow the tenderizer to work in the seasoning, and pull it out 1 hr before I throw it on the grill.

Mixed up a little guacamole..my girls love this stuff..

Fried up some onions and peppers... dont know why but cast iron does such a good job for getting the onions caramelized!!

Did up some rice and salsa... sorry not photo of it...
Pull the flank steak off the kettle and let rest.

Cut it in half with the grain, and the sliced across the grain, just like a brisket!! Once sliced up add to the peppers and onions.

Now for the plate, Got a warm flour tortilla, added the onions, cheese, steak, and salsa!

Oh these are so so so good! the Mrs said she could eat these two or three time per week! They really are good if I say so myself!! Thanks for looking and have a great night!
