I was chatting with BBQ Bob (Bobbie) the other day and we got on the subject of solid injecting. So I thought I would do a recipe video that explained this technique and some tips I have used when doing it. At a minimum the recipe itself is worth a cook. OMG its a tasty way to pump up your Tri Tip. We have some fine Tri Tip for sammies!

Ingredients:
Meat
1 Tri Tip Roast
Extra virgin Olive Oil
Pepper to Taste
2 1/2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
Sautéed Veggies
1/2 Red Onion Chopped
1/2 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
3 oz. Crimini Mushrooms Chopped
2 1/2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
1 Tsp. Finely Chopped Rosemary
Dash of Thyme
Dash of Smoked Paprika
Garlic Butter Sauce
2 Tsp. Minced Garlic
1 Tsp. Mad Hunky Hot Ass Whang Rub
1/2 Tsp. Thyme
1/2 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp. Rosemary
1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter
Pepper to Taste
