Oh Heavenly Tri tip pie!!!

    Very nice use of the leftover tri tip. Love a good shepherd's pie too. Mine are like my chili. No two are ever alike. Sometimes I use potatoes, other times I use those cheap buttermilk biscuit or cornmeal mixes. When camping I like to use those Pillsbury biscuits in the tube in the DO. Don't think you can make a bad one.

    I too, lick the plate. Nothing wrong with that, unless you do it in public. At least that's what dad taught us. Lol.

      I here ya on that one. My shepards pies are always made with leftovers and whatever is on hand. Potato, cornbread, or drop biscuit toppings are my go to.
