    About the Green Chile

I know green chile isn’t always accessible to everyone living outside of New Mexico. There are several different types of green chilies you can add to this recipe:

Frozen chopped green chile (found in the freezer section at the market)
Canned chopped green chile (found in the ethnic food isle at the market or on Amazon)
Fresh green chile (if you’re lucky enough to get roasted green chile between August – October in NM, you can peel and freeze it so you have it all year long)
Jarred green chile (found on Amazon)

I see nothing wrong with this recipe. In fact kudos for people mixing green chiles and beef. Doesn't happen near enough! Thanks for the share. I got all the ingredients except the buns. Bet ya it tastes good on rye bread toast.
