World's best olive oil (IMHO)

I took a bottle in to school yesterday and one of my fellow students said she saw that exact same EVOO at Big Lots. I said I would be very surprised if they were carrying it in a box type warehouse store so I am going there today to see for myself.

I ordered mine on the 19th. Did get an order confirmation, never saw anything to make me think I would get a shipping notice. There is a cust. service number if you are concerned. It will take awhile before I worry much. It takes awhile to get anything out here Looking forward to some good oil and vinegar though Thanks for the tip!

I just got my delivery notice from UPS My Choice not from Olio Carli, mine will be here tomorrow. I ordered mine on the 16th.

I've had an order of this and yes, it's good olive oil. The one thing they don't do is list the date of the oil. If I'm spending good money on an olive oil, I want to make sure that I know when it was bottled. I want something under a year old. In the grocery store olive oils could be upwards of 5 years old. A few years ago David Rosengarten had an olive oil club. He woul research the best olive oils from around the world and declare the best for delivery (based on which country was bottling closest to shipping date). He doesn't offer is any longer but I wish he did, the three different shipments I received of 3 - 250 ml bottles were truly some of the most flavorable olive oils I've ever had. Truly drizzling oils. Now when I look for a new olive oil to try, I won't do it without knowing bottling dates or pressing dates...

Well, I blew through the 4 bottles already I just placed another order for the six pack of 3/4 liter bottles... maybe that will last a little longer... Dang this stuff is good!

Wow!!! Even with all that Sous Vide going on you blasted through that whole order?

I got me order mebe a week or so ago and the carafe was broke in aboot 12 pieces. Called the number and talked the a customer service lady who was very nice and I recieved another carafe yesterday. Gonna try some Oilio Carli spaghetti for supper shortly. Thanks Hoser!
