Saw on of it hose on display at The Kitchen Store. It was impressive looking. I envisioned it with some New York strips searing away on those cast iron grates. I have the indoor CI grill and I love it. Mrs Bee is still a little miffed at the scorch mark it left on the new stove during my learning curve lol!

Mix up marinade ingredients. Put chicken and meat into 2 separate plastic zip bags. Pour the marinade into the bag and toss in the fridge for a while.
Skewer the marinaded chicken and meat. Grill up and drink a cold beer.

Here's my wife's picture of the results. On this day also had kimchee stirfried greens and edumame. We were watching sumo wrestling and snacking along.
Thanks it's more of a snack type of gig. I just keep the grill loaded. Usually when I smoke meat or do some serious long time cooks I'll pop these on to nawh on. LOL
