  • Jambalaya in 5 Gallon Pot

    My usual jambalaya. 3 pounds each of chicken and pork, 2 pounds each of cajun sausage and tasso, a pack of bacon, 20 cups of chicken stock, 10 cups of rice, trinity and garlic and let it roll. Enjoy.
