BANANA PUDDING
1 Box Nilla Wafers
3-4 Ripe Bananas
1 C Sugar
3 TBLs Flour
Dash Salt
2 C Milk
2 Eggs
1 TSP Vanilla
Line bottom and sides of bowl with wafers then begin alternate layers of bananas and wafers in bowl until filled.
Mix sugar, flour and salt in sauce pan or double boiler. Gradually add milk until blended then cook over low heat until thickened.
Whip eggs in small bowl. Add a bit of custard to eggs to blend, then add back to custard in pan.
Cook again until thickened.
Add vanilla and stir well.
Pour over wafer/banana layers in bowl. Using table knife, lift wafers gently from sides of bowl to let custard flow through layers.
Chill after cooled.
