I have been searching high and low for the perfect sea salt caramel recipe. I just love them. After trying dozens of recipes only to be disappointed I came across this recipe on Okra's site.
The first time I made them I burnt the shit out of them and had to toss the whole mess. Then I tried again, stirring like a mad fevered wench. It was soooo worth it. So buttery and yummy. So, if you're into candy making you might wanna give this a go. It would also work as a pourable caramel sauce too, just don't cook it as long. I ate about 5 of them and gave the rest away.
