I love Peanut Butter Pie, I am more of a meat n' potato's person and do not get into deserts much, would prefer another helping instead of desert; but not when it comes to peanut butter pie !!!

my fav kind of recipe simple. though I thought I might add something for you to try. Alot of cooks will FOLD the whip cream in. Normally you ad 1/3 and mix it in lightly like normal. This gives the mix a closer texture to the cream. Then fold in 1/3 till it is alittle less then blended in. Then do the second but do not over fold. This will give the pie a fluffier texture and make it alittle thicker and give you a extra 1/2 maybe to the depth of the. besides the folding you recipe is close to the one we use for all our PB pies though I think we use powedered surgar

Just an update, these were a BIG hit. I did find that I could only get 2 oreo crusts and needed 3 so I got the 3rd in gramcracker and I catually like it better in gramcracker than in oreo....

                    Thanks again fellas.
