started with some nice peaches

sliced in half, pits removed, and drizzled with a little lemon juice

peaches onto the hot grill, direct heat, pit side down, skin side basted with a butter, Amaretto, brown sugar reduction sauce

after about 4 minutes, flipped over and basted with some of the butter, Amaretto, brown sugar reduction sauces, then sprinkled with a mix of brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and cayenne pepper. Then put a small hunk of butter where the pit was removed. put them on indirect heat for about 6 more minutes

sugar and butter almost melted into the peach.

hot off the grill

added the extra spiced brown sugar and some honey to the butter Amaretto sauce and cooked it down a little to thicken while the peaches finished cooking.
Grilled peach, scoop of vanilla Blue Bell, and hot butter spiced Amaretto sauce poured on top.
