"A quick and easy banana pudding recipe - enjoy!"
    Ingredients
    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 3 cups cold milk

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 pint heavy whipping cream whipped with 4 tbsp. sugar
    • 4 bananas, sliced
    • 1/2 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers
    Directions
    1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
    2. Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with vanilla wafers. Arrange sliced bananas evenly over wafers. Spread with pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill.

The original recipe I found called for Cool Whip, but I just kind of don't do all that artificial stuff made of emulsified oil and sugar etc. Instead I substituted heavy whipping cream. It made a 9X13 glass pan full to the brim. Must have weighed about 5 pounds. We had 11 people, including a 12 year old who announed, "I don't like banana pudding!" and then promptly proceeded to down three helpings. Once served, it lasted about 15 minutes and was totally gone. Everybody said it was good, I only got a small taste, being diabetic and all.
That sound good. I will have to file it in the stuff to try box. Thanks.
