Whew! How is that for a title? I must have missed how you guys started that, but I'll try to play along. 
A breakfast fatty that we smoked last Saturday night during the UK / Auburn game (which we lost
). This was for breakfast the next morning before we left for Cincinnati for the Bengals / Bucs game (which we also lost 
)
I kept this simple...one pound breakfast sausage, 5 scrambled eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese.


Just going in the smoker. Smoked at around 275 - 300 with hickory to internal temp of 165.



Once done, I foiled it and let it rest for about 45 minutes. I tried not to do it but I just had to taste test it Saturday night!
Very yummy!

And here's my breakfast the next morning. The breakfast fatty warmed, sliced and served over a biscuit with gravy and fried taters.
