I tried smoking fish onetime, it came out like fish jerky. Didn't try it again.

Looks great! Never had it either. I cook/smoke Salmon, Steelhead, Halibut, etc. indirect with a little smoke on a Weber. Cedar planks are also a good way to go on fish/seafood IMO. Be on the lookoot for Swai

I just tried it...Reminds me a bit of Tilapia...
But here in Kansas we gotta buy what we can...Even the Cod we get usually sucks...

We like it better than Tilapia. And they are bigger fillets. Chunk them up and fry it. They make for some good tacos. mmm...
