    Something different. Got good reviews. I don't care for hot/warm Salmon, so waited for the salad thyme. I was coached by my trusty Supervisor, Felix [emoji106]

        Ha Ha Ha, That's funny as shit! He looks more like "Management material" I bet if you made a mistake it looks like Felix would "bitch slap you" Just joking Fish. Great dish my friend for the show and Felix scares me!

                Currently got my first ever smoked salmon jerky in the dehydrator !

                Got a couple sides salmon last week. cured and cold smoked both.
                1 gone into freezer, the other is in the dehydrator :-)

                Gonna be interesting !

                      Love the cat pic. Sal mone looks awesome.

                      WFH now with that plague thing and all. Did sneak away at lunch to buy a case of Vodka before the booze stores get shut down (just in case). Just showed WU cat pic and she said, you know he posed that cat. I say, YOU CAN'T TEACH CATS TO STAY.

                      Ground poke and measured Gunslingers brat spices yesterday. Mix and stuff in about an hour then going to stuff my face.

                          I will put up the recipe link tonight Something like this:
                          Sweet Thai Chili sauce
                          Soy
                          Honey
                          4 cloves minced garlic
                          1 T minced ginger
                          1-2 others maybe?

                          I think it would work with chiggin, pork & shrimp pretty well also

                            Very Nice Scott.

                            I'm more of a white fish fan but the Mrs. Loves salmon. I will say, your deal is something I would try.

                            Looking forward to some details so I don't screw it up. I'm not a salmon cook.
