I don't think I have ever seen an official answer to this- but 2 weeks should not be a problem, depending of course on pack date... are not the packs dated? You can always freeze some too... cryo meat does well in the freezer.
I try to "age" my beef 28 days in refrigeration (below 40°). I know folks that "age" their brisket for 35 days for comps. The folks I know with restaurants (higher quality) age their steak for around 28 days.
