Made up a batch of Mississippi Chicken Sunday afternoon. Took some of it for sliders. Sliced some rolls, topped with the shredded chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, shredded mozzarella and provolone. Into the oven they went for about 10 minutes. Added a dollop of ranch to each slider.
Holy hell, these were delicious.
